You Don't Have To Figure It Out Alone

Confidential 1:1 Support For Men Who Are Ready To Move Forward

You've done the men's group. You've read the books. You've tried to figure it out yourself.

But sometimes you need someone who really gets it, who'll go deeper and help you actually shift what's holding you back.

This is that space!

When Group Work Isn't Enough

Men's groups are powerful. They break isolation, build connection, and remind you that you're not alone in your struggles.

But there are times when you need:

  • Privacy to explore what you're not ready to share with the group.
  • Focused attention on your specific situation, not split across eight other men.
  • Tailored support that addresses your unique patterns, not general themes.
  • Deeper work to resolve the root of issues, not just understand them better.

That's where 1:1 coaching and therapy comes in.

What Men Work On Here

Whether you're navigating a crisis or simply want to become more of who you're meant to be, men come here to address:

  • Relationship challenges – communication breakdown, intimacy issues, or recurring patterns.
  • Anger and emotional regulation – feeling controlled by your reactions instead of in charge of them.
  • Loss of purpose or direction – knowing something needs to change but not what.
  • Past trauma or unresolved pain – experiences that still influence how you show up today.
  • Anxiety, stress or overwhelm – the constant tension that follows you everywhere.
  • Isolation and disconnection – feeling alone even when surrounded by people.

How This Works

Confidential. Direct. Solution-focused.

Sessions are delivered online via secure video call, giving you privacy and flexibility. Most men commit to 8-12 weeks of weekly sessions, though some continue longer depending on their goals.

This isn't about endlessly talking about problems. It's about understanding what drives your patterns, resolving what's underneath, and building the capacity to handle life differently.

You'll get practical tools, honest feedback, and someone in your corner who's committed to your growth - not just your comfort.

Who This Is For?

This work is for men who are:

  • Already engaged in their personal development (men's groups, reading, self-reflection).
  • Ready to go deeper than surface-level fixes.
  • Willing to be honest about what's really going on.
  • Committed to doing the work, not just talking about it.

If that's you, let's talk.

Frequently Asked Questions

I'm already in a men's group. Why would I need 1:1 support as well?

Men's groups are excellent for connection, shared experiences, and breaking isolation. But they're not designed for deep, personalised work on your specific challenges. In 1:1 sessions, you get undivided attention, complete confidentiality, and tailored support that addresses your unique patterns and circumstances. Think of the group as your community and 1:1 work as your personal training—both valuable, serving different purposes.

What's the difference between coaching and therapy? Which one is this?

I offer both, and we'll determine which approach suits your needs best during our initial consultation. Therapy tends to focus on healing past wounds and resolving deeper psychological patterns. Coaching is more present and future-focused, helping you overcome current obstacles and achieve specific goals. Many men benefit from a blend of both - addressing underlying issues while building practical skills and momentum forward.

How long does this typically take?

Most men commit to 8-12 weeks of weekly sessions initially, though this varies based on what you're working on and how deep you want to go. Some men achieve their goals within this timeframe; others continue longer as new layers emerge or different challenges arise. This isn't open-ended therapy with no finish line - we'll set clear objectives and regularly assess progress together.

What actually happens in a session?

Sessions are straightforward and direct. We talk about what's really going on; not surface-level chat, but honest exploration of what you're struggling with, what patterns keep showing up, and what's underneath them. I'll ask questions that help you see things differently, challenge assumptions that aren't serving you, offer tools and frameworks you can use immediately, and hold you accountable to the changes you say you want to make. No fluff, no therapy-speak; just real conversation that moves you forward.

Is this all online? Do you see anyone in person?

Yes, all sessions are conducted online via secure video call. This gives you complete privacy, eliminates travel time, and means we can work together regardless of where you are in the UK. You'll need a private space where you won't be interrupted - most men take calls from their home office, car or even on a walk with headphones. The online format doesn't diminish the depth or effectiveness of the work.

What if I'm not sure I'm 'broken enough' to need this?

You don't have to be in crisis to benefit from this work. Many of the men I work with are high-functioning, successful, and managing life reasonably well on the surface. They come because they know something's off, they're not living at their full capacity, or they want to address patterns before they become bigger problems. If you're questioning whether you 'need' support, that self-awareness alone suggests you'd benefit from it.

I'm worried about being judged or told what to do. Is this going to be like that?

No. This isn't about judgment - it's about honest reflection and growth. I'm not here to fix you, lecture you, or tell you how to live your life. I'm here to help you see clearly what's happening, understand why you do what you do, and support you in making the changes you genuinely want to make. You'll be challenged, certainly - but always with respect and always in service of your development, not my agenda.

How do I know if this is the right fit?

The best way to find out is to book a free 20-minute consultation call. We'll discuss where you're at, what you're hoping to address, and whether my approach resonates with you. Not every coach or therapist is right for every person; it's important we're a good match. If we're not, I'll tell you honestly and point you toward other resources that might serve you better.
